Helios will act as Project Managers for two buildings which form part of the regeneration scheme for the central area of Reading.

• Station Road. The construction of a 29 storey 4 star hotel with restaurant, bars, meeting rooms and conference facilities. The building will incorporate a stunning "floating cube" piece of artwork.
• Garrard House. The conversion of an existing office block in to 108 apartments of varying size.
